If a college campus safety bans someone off of campus, could they turn around and apply to the school?

My boyfriend was recently banned from my school, and is now trying to attend my school. Would he be able to come here if he has just been banned?

    In some respects, yes, but If the rules dont or do apply, then it really depends on the schools rules. Thank you
